Refund Policy?

We do not do a refund for items that are damaged during shipping. However, if the wrong item is delivered, we will do a full refund after receiving back the item in its original condition, and replacing it for you if it is still in stock. 

Can you add on to your order? 

Yes, you may add on to your order by sending us an email at toyznetwork@gmail.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice of the items that you wish to add on. 

Cancelling of Orders? 

All sales are final and no cancellations are allowed. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we provide shipping worldwide. For charges please check out the Shipping tab on this website. 

Do you provide a Tracking number? 

Yes, all orders will be shipped with a tracking number. 

How long does delivery take? (For International Buyers)

It may take anywhere from 8 to 14 days or longer, depending on the courier company and the recipient country's courier provider.
