Shipping Charges

- For Overseas buyer, we will send you a separate invoices for shipment cost. You can combine few purchases in 1 shipment, juz write to us. 

PAYMENT METHODS 

- via Master or Visa. 
- via Bank Transfer (Only applicable for local orders that incur additional shipping fees)

Refund Policy?

We DO NOT do any refund for items that are damaged during shipping. However, if the wrong item is delivered, we will do a full refund after receiving back the item in its original condition, and replacing it for you if it is still in stock. 
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
No Cancellation of orders once done.


Can you add on to your order? 

Yes, you may add on to your order by sending us an email at toyznetwork@gmail.com and we will send you an additional invoice of the items that you wish to add on. 

Cancelling of Orders? 

All sales are FINAL and NO Cancellations are allowed. If there are any unforeseen circumstances, refunds are less 5% of amount paid due to card fees incurred.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we provide shipping worldwide.

Do you provide a Tracking number? 

Yes, all orders will be shipped with a tracking number for international buyers, local buyers who have free registered postage. 

How long does delivery take? (For International Buyers)

It may take anywhere from 8 to 14 days or longer, depending on the shipping company and the recipient national post.
